MIL had something weird happen to her coming back from Florida a few years ago with a 26' 5th wheel camper. She had the rear tires on both sides blow out at the same time. One side took out the fender. She claims she didn't hit anything and the front tire on each side was fine. Still wonder how that could have happened.
