Just built on and we also used concrete curb. Only about 18 inches. Forming and getting that curb will be costly ,BUT I like the security of that concrete curb. We used 2X6 for walls but probably could have got by with 2X4 . Metal sides with one roll up overhead door and one walk door. You are going to be closet to 40 thousand than you are to 30 , Well you might get out for less forgot you are not concreting the entire floor.
