Wanting to budget for a 40 x 60 building. Half concrete floor, 16 foot walls, and a 2 or 3 foot high concrete wall around the bottom (foundation built building). Two sliding door entrances and one man door. I am just East of St. Louis. Just wanting a ballpark figure. Electrical and other interior work other than the concrete I will do. Just kicking the idea around and appreciate any input.
