If the bale is longer on the left side... then it's got more hay in that side. That's kind of a good problem as NH balers go. Adjust the packer fingers to not drive the hay so far across. I'm not really familiar with how to do that on your baler but I'm sure the manual will explain it fairly simply. I'm more accustomed to Deere and Ford balers and on those you adjust it such that the feed fork has less penetration into the bale chamber... or recedes quicker. The same principle applies here.... just that it's a different mechanism to adjust.
