Any of you had the brakes apart on a older golf car? It has drum brakes, and I don't think it stops very well.I have the wheels off, the hubs will move a little but won't come off. I can't see any place to back them off so the hubs will slide off. Is there any way to adjust the brakes? I took the pin out of the cable and the lever doesn't move much at all, is this normal?
