when you say "won't turn over" does this mean the enginge does not crank at all? Is your battery fully charged. If not it might have died because the alternator isn't working and it fully drained the battery. If battery is good next thing is to check for spark, pull a plug, lay it on the block, crank and make sure you have good spark - if no spark, first thing to check is the ballast resistor. If good spark, check for fuel. Pull plug at bottom of carb - should be a nice stream - if not clean all screens between tank and carb. Post back to let us know how it is going.
