Allan , here in S.E. Indiana it has been over a month that we could get in the hay field . Seems to rain everyday , I will need to cut 2nd alfalfa before I can finish 1st cutting of grass , the alfalfa is 2 weeks over due. All the rain we have had and the creeks are still not running much above normal , the water table must really be low . This time last yr. we was in a drought and temps in the 100s . Fingers crossed , they say it is going to stop raining thursday , then wont be able to buy a drop of rain again till Oct.
