Might be a little complex, but I'd wire it like any other three way switch to the barn with a small bulb that can be seen from the house. This is so you can tell if the lights with motion detectors have power to them. Then in parallel with the small indicator light wire your motion detector lights. The motion detectors will keep the lights off until they detect movement, then turn them on. The indicator lights will verify that you have power to the motion detectors, even though the lights are off.
