Thanks- managed to get them with plenty of WD40, a heat wrench and and air hammer. All a regular hammer did was mushroom the heads a bit- I had to cut them off with a die grinder. But heating the bolts to red hot, and letting them cool, then pounding them out with an air hammer worked fairly well.
