Just went through this on my son inlaw's B. He had the starter drive replaced, the shop rplaced the bushings in the starter too, put it back on the tractor & it won't crank?? He called me, I said it cranked ok Befor didn't it? He said yes, I said the bushing's in the starter must be install too tight or something take the starter back. He did they say it's OK. So I go over & look at it, he also put new cables on, little darn things? I said there's your problem, I put the old cables back on made sure they had GREAT connections.. Now it cranks fine... MAKE SURE U have a GOOD Ground.........
