I worked on a smaller odd fire V4 a year ago. The engine had a mag. I found timing information on the internet, am sure I just googled "odd fire wisconsin".
On ours, the timing mark for each cylinder was on the fan shroud, visible once you remove the flywheel screen. I believe I still have the printout from the internet. If I still have it I will post it here.
