If you need more height, I don't think ramps are going to be an option.
You could build taller supports, similar to your ramps-just without the ramp. Then lift it with your loader and place the supports under the front wheels. It would be safer to swivel the front wheels 180 degrees before lowering them onto the supports, which would gain you more working room also.
It still seems like a lot of hassle, but is all I can think of.
(FYI) The engineers at Grasshopper have addressed your dilemma. It is a power-tilt deck. An electric motor jacks the deck to about 60 degrees. I bought one and my deck gets power washed after every use.
