I have a set of car ramps that the ramp comes off after you have your vehicle up on the flat part. I love them. I bought them 25 years ago or more.
Here is a picture of what they look like. Also here is a picture of some a fellow built using wooden blocks. You could do that real easy too. Just put some short carriage bolts in the ramp board and drill a hole in the block stack. This way the ramp will not kick out but you can still remove it when your up on the stack.
