I've always got my money back from paypal and ebay has buyer protection policy too. I've mailed off a lot of things sold on ebay the last 11 years. Haven't had much trouble to speak of. Had one customer said he never received his item and I said I never received his payment. I told him to look at his paypal acct to see if he actually paid for it. He got back with me and apologized, LOL... If I needed a part promptly I don't think I would order it over ebay just for that reason of delayed shipping. A dealer can have parts in 2-3 days on a stock order and not charge shipping cost.
