Guys think what you will about who makes what and what color the container is. If every oil company did their own packaging, they would have to charge $30 per qt. to cover the costs. The base oils; light , medium and heavy vicosities that make up finished oils are all bought and sold on the spot market. Price decides what you get. Additives are bought and sold the same way. There are only 4 or 5 packagers across the USA that can oil. If you think you are getting something made specially for you, keep dreaming.
