Sad part is she'll get elected!! Government logic, when I worked for the county a county about 60 miles south of us laid off 35 highway department workers (guess the shovels will have to hold themselves up), with in a week our County Highway committee was meeting and telling my boss he had to lay off 35 workers. Took him a little over three hours to get them to understand when you only have 28 employees it's impossible to lay of 35 unless you want to hire 7 just to lay them off.
