The fuel gauge on my 2001 HD gets wierd fairly often. It will drop to below empty so that the Low Fuel warning light comes on, then go back up to half full or whatever. Does not seem to be any pattern to it. I just try to remember how much gas I really have in it all the time.
I bought this truck used, leather seats and all the extras. So far the drivers seat has crapped out, fortunately where I need it to be. But the wife can't reach the pedals. Just had the driver's window motor replaced. Figure its only a matter of time before the next electronic gadget busts.
