That is the way it is supposed to work. When you shut the truck off, the gauges pull all the way down. The IPC does not power down immediately, it takes a few seconds longer. After the IPC powers down, the gauges relax to where ever they happen to go. At key on, the gauges shouldnreturn to the correct settings. If you are saying the gauges don't read correctly when the truck is running, that will require some checking. 01 IPCs are pretty reliable.
