i was working on a cx105 McCormick same as a ih cx yes same transmission as the 695 with two speed was doing same thing. on the clutch pedal, there is a switch ele. that disengages the two speed also there is a ele. switch on transmission the is a magnetic type ele switch that when you put it in reverse that disengages the two speed, it well lock up if you have two speed in hi side and in reverse . you need to check thees switches before any thing else
