I have a 9n and the governor wasnt working so I took it off to see what was wrong with it.When I got it off "Wholly Cow" No governor inside!!! Someone before me had robbed it out and put the housing back on.By the way by the serial # its a 1939 model 9n.I have not gotten a governor complete with housing and all.This new one has a fitting on the back that I assume is an oil line.The old one just had a plug in it.Now where does this oil line hook up to? I am pretty sure that someone had just plugged the oil hole in the old housing.
