I'm no ford guy, but I'd buy the 5.0, cousin had an ecoboost, and just recently traded it for a 5.0. He says he likes it way more, and says his old ecoboost wasn't near as good on fuel as what people brag about. He said his 5.0 will get 17-19mpg. He also told me the 5.0 has more snap, he said when you put the ecoboost to the floor it was a doggy and didnt like to get up and go right away.
