If it's the Kinze unit that looks like the Deere 7000 series, your closing wheels and furrow openers should work just fine. Pay attention to your depthe control- about 2". As far as the no-til feature, that's the work of the no-til coulters on the front of the unit. Some are unit mounted, and some are frame mounted. Most of the Kinze units have a Yetter no-til coulter, which is slightly different than the Deere coulter- the bolt holes are different by about 1/16" and will not accept the JD no-til coulter, even though they look the same. The NI-Kinze I had was also maxed out at about 28,000 population if I remember right.
