How many down pressure springs on each unti and what diameter are they. The no til "conservation" planters had two springs each unit and they were about 1 3/4 in diameter. Standard 7000 had two litle3/4 inch springs. lots of wholesalers sell those hd springs. Make sure your opener discs are no less than 14.5 inches OD. I have the Kinze trash whippers out front of mine. Have a spare set of the steel furrow openers that run ahead of the discs if you are interested in those.
