I do air conditioner work and have a lot of copper laying around the shop, I've been noticing a lot of it disapperaring, over a thousand dollars in the past two months. i put a camera outside over a bait pile and sure enough I caught a neighbor down the road yesterday morning at 10:30 red handed. It really pissed me off him carring it off on the camera. I confronted him yesterday and this afternoon again and told him again that it better be returned by first thing in the morning or I was going to turn him in. All he did was deny it. I even fixed his ac over the weekend and didn't charge him anything. I guess it's my duty to report him him, neighbor or not.
