check the banjo bolt on top of the fuel filter that hooks to the fuel return, there is a small hole in the bolt to allow air to bleed off,sometimes it gets plugged,had a 1100 with the same problem as yours after about 3 days of it we noticed that one of the fuel was seeping fuel at the filter the rubber olive as some call them had deteriorated and allow air to be draw into the filter
