Not school, but 19 of 22 cousins. My sister is in the back row, second from right. Since she's in the picture, I assume I am, but the only one I can find that could be me is the top of a head you see directly to the left of the kid wearing a sailor's "dixie cup".
Chronologically, I was 9th and my sister was 7th.
The fellow all the way to the left is now 83 years old, owns a construction company, and also owns somewhere around 100 old tractors. Up to a few years ago, he used to plant a few acres of oats every year, cut it with a binder, and give a threshing demonstration at the local county fair. He's the second oldest of the bunch.
We've only lost three of the bunch, two spouses not included. When one gal lost her husband a few years ago, the preacher at the funeral announced from the pulpit he's never seen that many relatives at a funeral before.
