Ok, having read all of the responses thus far I'll add in a bit of additional info on the balers. The bailer they "wore out" was a NH BC5070, and the one they are currently using is also a NH BC5070 that had less than 7000 bales through it before it was hooked up. The two reps that have been out so far are the NH rep, and the JD rep. Based on what the reps told them, and I'm seeing in the responses here, I guess they ought to be looking at another brand like the Heston, etc.
