On the No 37 that I had you had to drop the whole thing, that bearing will not drop out the bottom of the hanger as it was a hole, not a slot. Put disk on ground, loosen gang bolt then loosen bolts that hold those hangers to frame and take them out after you have them all loosened then lift the disk and if it is front you have to about pull it out by hand but if the back gang then just pull the disk forward of the gang. Also the bolts that hold the gang on adjust the end pressure on the bearings.
