If you would care about being fair you would use the email for people that cannot hear, I always include I have hearing problems so cannot use the phone, we don't all have someone to do the phone calls for us. It just says you are too lazy to read an email and untill you would respond in some way no one would ever know who you are or where you are. And for someone like that I would just wonder what else is wrong with it that you are not saying. I am saying nothing more.
