Yes but eBay changed that the seller can no longer give the buyer negative . However his dishonest description in your case was subject to eBay doing something about it as he violated eBay rules. Trouble with eBay is it is a faceless entitiy. I wanted to get them on the phone once and it took hours of running in a big circle to finnaly get through.There is some way to file a claim against liars but it ain't easy and eBay is full of liars. Always check the sellers feedbacks.Thats all you have to go on.
