Funny, I was at Wally World this past week and picked one of their prepared corned beef briskets in the sealed packages from the meat packers that has already been brined. It had the seasoning package with it and all.
Probably tomorrow it will get the final touches and be associated with some boiled cabbage and home made corn bread, with a little beverage of choice and sounds like a pig out.
Sorry, no one is invited. My sweetie and I can manage on our own. Grin. Probably will have enough left over for a Reuben sandwich or two with real sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and toasted rye bread.
