Sorry your in denial, only problem I"ve had is a five cent heater fan resistor, that they put on outside for me and took two minutes, and it was free under warranty, that"s nice when you have a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty, when the rest run out 40,000 miles short, if I have problems they"ll still be free, no cost to me.dont know why the dodge name is such a sore subject, let me know when the truck says fiat. Even if they own part, won"t be on the truck, and if the truck doesn"t say it, it isn"t one.
