I use to get them bad. i always had a bottle of potassium, magnesium and calcium from the drug store with me and took the tablets. had them for years, but they finally went away! good luck, i know how painful mine were. i went to a specialist with the problem one time. she told me if she could see me have the attack, she could cure them. in the process of the examination; here they came! all she could say was "i hope they go away because i haven't a clue what to do" charged me like $250. after that i treated myself!
