The tractor in question very well could have arrived in the collection in that condition, tt's still a rare tractor regardless of what has been "done" to it, just would have been worth more complete and with tires that didn't have paint on them.
Poor paint and overspray is a major beef of mine as 99% of the time it's someone who a) doesn't care or b) someone who thinks they are doing this fantastic job and making it "better" when all they are doing is detracting from it.
