Rickieblue, thanks for the questions. The normal working pressure is 110pounds. The initial test was a hydraulic one to 220 pounds, but the next ones are only up to 160 pounds. The hydraulic test is done every 2 years, but I have to have a test under steam every year to prove that the safety valves operate correctly. I did not build the boiler, I am not qualified to weld to a high enough standard. There are a number of boilermakers in England who specialise in model boilers, I had 1 of those guys build it for me. There ars strict regulations over here which I have to follow in order to get insurance so that I can take it out on the highway.
