Eat whatever you want. I don't see a problem with the idea of eating horsemeat, provided it is labeled as such, and people do it willingly, not some crooks sliding it in with their other meats hoping nobody will notice.
Some people view horses only as pets, and like a dog or cat, wouldn't eat them. I don't agree, but I get where they're coming from.
If you're selling someone beef, and they're paying for beef, it darn well better be beef. Lately it seems that if you tell people a crap sandwich is gourmet sausage, many will believe it.
