Do what I did, I found another job and quit.
The guy I worked for was dumb as a box of rocks, the problem is his daddy owned the company and gave it to him lock stock and barrel with no debt. The guy was constantly wasting dollars while saving pennies. The other problem was he thought everyone was as dumb as he was. He'd buy a new Suburban every year that was the same color. One day I asked him if he really like that color and he looked at me like I'd just kicked him. He asked me how'd I know he had a new Suburban - turned out he thought that no one would notice he was buying new ones because they were the same color...... He didn't want his employees to know he was buying new cars every year. Didn't help him when he pleaded poverty to everyone when it came to raises.
