There is someone on another site, that is trying to ID these steel wheels. He lives in Oklahoma. I asked his permission, to post a pic here. Looks like there are slots on the inner rings for bolding to a tractor hub.
Also appears that the kleets can be adjusted to form larger and smaller diameter wheels. The way they sit, he says the inner ID is 21" and the OD of the wheel is set at about 45". Any thoughts, on what they fit?? ---John
