I agree with VicS, you have to drive a little faster and it will keep some of that dust out. Going too slow doesn't let the wheel self clean from air passing by. My pickups have spent alot of miles on gravel and never had one build up enough to throw it out of balance--but anything is possible. Now mud is a different story.
