Jay, Go back to your last post a page back. I replyed there earlier. I have a Dell Inspiration, also. It blackscreened. It would try to open windows, but couldn't. Dell did a complete cyber overhaul, and it's working great. It had an issue with temporary files loading it up. I have a new 3yr warranty, and a program that dumps the temp. files each week. Dell has called several times since the overhaul to check on it, added somemore programs. I'm very pleased with Dell. Loren, the Acg.
