are you insuring as personal property or as a farm implement under a farm policy?
I have been asked similar question on old vehicles insured as personal property but not on equipment carried as farm equipment on a farm policy. On the farm equipment my agent asks me only for the dollar amount in coverage I want to carry. As long as my number is less than what the maximum replacement value number they come up with it seems to fly.
