Two months ago a class mate of mine was in the police blotter. He started drinking again so his wife left him and filed for divorce.
He was away from home a short time and she got in to get her stuff. When he got back home he noticed her stuff was gone and called the police saying he was robbed. Well come to find out it was still her place too, so he got charged with filing a false burglary.
It had me confused because I never heard of that until I ran into his wife at the post office a month or so after all this took place and explained what happened.
