An item from today's edition:
January 17. Caller stated adult male was seen leaving the Sparetime Lounge and is now sleeping on a bench near the Youth Center. Responding officer gave intoxicated subject a ride home.
My favorite was a couple of months ago:
Female caller from Heartland Parks Retirement Home complained that someone had stolen all three of her cars. Police determined caller does not own any cars.
Gotta admit, I was General Manager of that rag for several years about 40 years ago.

Today's Featured Article - Reflections of the Fifties - by "Country" Elliott. I remember rowing up in the 1950�s in a small, rural town in northwestern New Jersey. The closest town to ours was only 3 miles away, and there were seven dairy farms in the areas of these two country towns.
