Hi, I have a 99 LeSabre, do as web link says. There are about 7 nuts that removes the complete assembly from the trunk lid. It is easier with a helper to hold onto assembly while you change lamps.
The only difficulty that I had is when I went to auto parts store their parts catalogue said that all the lamps were the new style plug in type like the dash lights but when I got it dis-assembled it was the old 1157 style lamps. I changed all lamps hoping that they will last as long as the original.
