Experment at wal-mart's blood pressure machine. Try taking a babby asprin or a garlic pill, both are blood thinners. Lay off the caffine too. See if that helps your numbers.

I'm 64, my numbers are 128/70. At the Dr's they were 138/70. It was the coffee.

Smoking will raise your numbers, along with many other things. Google blood pressure and see what you can do without taking meds that my have harmful side effects. I'm not on meds, asprin or garlic.
