Hi Mike, Manufacturer was Bedford, a British Company who made vans and trucks but no longer in business. My truck is a Model RL which was originally designed for the Army in the late 1950's or early 1960's. They came with 6 cylinder petrol engine but when de-commissioned in the early 70's mine along with most others was converted to diesel (owing to the high cost of gas over here). This particular truck was converted to a recovery vehicle and was used for approx 30 years recovering damaged or broken down cars/trucks. Unfortunately corrosion has got a real hold of the cab and will require lots of welding to make serviceable. I have attached a couple pics for you. Bill
