One, and the most obvious to me, is there is no blade guard on the table saw. First thing I did when I got my table saw years ago was take the guard off. Messing with it made operation more hazardous, IMO.
Two- While I can't see them, but I'm going to bet there are no chocks on any of the tires to keep the truck and trailer from rolling out from under the ramp as the lift was unloaded. Don't need chocks, guy sitting in cab has his foot on the brakes (trailer brake light on).
Three--The ramp has no load rating on it. That's what the cinder blocks are for: to improve the load rating of the setup.
Six- The third lug nut from the right of the second one, going counter clockwise, on the left rear wheel, wasn't tightened to a proper torque and the wheel is about to fall off.... Are you sure? It looks tight to me.
One thing you'll find once you get it working, and start using it, is you'll never know how you lived without it. After buying my backhoe, wife caught me looking at fork-lifts at auctions and just said "NO!" in her most emphatic, "don't go there, not open for discussion" voice which I've heard before AND after that[/b]
