Billy I know all about what happens when someone dies. My Grand Dad died and one of my Uncles was pacing the house off at the funeral dinner. I asked him what he was doing. He said he wanted to know how many square feet the house was so he could get it listed quick. AT the funeral Dinner!!!
Luckily my Grand Dad had an air tight will. It really helped that he was good friends with a retired Federal court Judge. That Judge wrote his will. As soon as some of the family's lawyers found out who had written it they refused to take it to court. The one that did got chewed out in Court and the case dismissed at the first appearance.
I think there is a special place in the hot place for these type when they die.
