My Grandad had that clause in his will too "that if anyone contested the will, they were out of it" I do not remmeber the correct verbage,(will was written by an attorney) but I can tell you that the clause did not hold water in court and after all the fighting was done, and the lawyers all got there share, their was nothing left to fight over, think four kids ended up with 6,000 each. They even fought over 30 bales of hay, it is awful what happends when someone dies or is close to death.
