Still here. Well here goes. Reason the government couldn't get it to work, is that government has no concept of how to run a business. Mustang ranch provided a service, ran profitably, under an experienced private madam, or pimp. When the big time operator(gubmint) pimps took over, they immediately tried to double the size of the operation, by adding a second story to the mustang ranch house.
Anyone coulda told 'em that wouldn't work! A multi-story who re house never makes money! There's just too much firking overhead!
